What was the name of that Food Network show where they had some drug addicts who liked to cook?

Ok there was this show on Food Network a few years ago and Oprah interviewed the guy who did the show and asked him about it. The show was about this guy who went to the streets and took drug addicts, gang members, and people who just liked to cause trouble and he put them in a kitchen and told them to cook and he would show them how.

He would tell them that they can make it somewhere in life and that they could leave their bad lifestyles behind to do something like cooking. I think the show was canceled after like only 2 seasons but I thought it was such a good show. What is the name of that show? it was from Food Network.
