Avalon Organics nourishing lavender. It smells like a dream, isn't tested on animals, doesn't have weird chemicals and leaves my hair really silky. It's a bit more expensive, but you only need a bit. I think it's worth it for the quality and how ethical the company is.
Kiss My Face and Burt's Bees make nice shampoos as well.
