Poor Corey. He doesn't know a thing about Mac computers. There is no "Changing the boot order" for a Mac. It has no BIOS.

Your title question is "How to install windows 7 to a mac?" Then you say "I ran bootcamp and did all of the steps." One of the steps is "INSTALL WINDOWS". Did you did that step?

Restart holding option key for 45 seconds.

-- Choose the Windows partition if Windows is installed. Choose the Windows DVD if it is not yet installed.

    -- Press Return.

That is how to do it if you really "did all of the steps". If you didn't do all the steps, do them.

Almost the same answer i just gave, you have to change the boot sequence. I don't know how to do this on a mac, but if the boot sequence is similar to windows, then try this.

Restart the computer and press f10 key a million times every second until the menu comes up. some computers have f2 as the key to press, most computers have esc f2 f5 f10 f11 and so on. these are all shortcuts, f 10 will get you to the system configuration menu.

from here you'll want to press the right arrow until you come the 4th menu (i think) the one with the boot options screen at the bottom. go into that, and then at the bottom of the menu you'll see boot order, or sequence or change boot order, or something to that effect. go into that, and then select what media you'll be using to boot from. example: boot cd. select the cd drive to boot first.

you do this by pressing either f5 or f6 while the selection is highlighted. move that to the top.

now press f10 again to exit with changes saved. Don't worry about messing up the computer, all you're doing is changing the boot order.

if you have proper boot media, you should be on to the next step of restoring your computer.
