There are 8 phases of the Moon, roughly equal in duration totalling 29.53 days. This means each phase is 3.69 days. The phases go from:
New Moon
Waxing Crescent
First Quarter
Waxing Gibbous
Full Moon
Waning Gibbous
Third Quarter
Waning Crescent
New Moon again

the excellent set of lunar stages is: New, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, complete, waning gibbous, third quarter, waning crescent, and new. The stages on the dates you provide (assuming you propose November) are: 15 waxing gibbous 19 waxing gibbous 22 by way of fact the day after complete it technically replace into waning gibbous, yet to the human eye nevertheless looked complete 23 waning gibbous 25 waning gibbous New replace into Nov 6, waxing crescent until first quarter on Nov 13. third quarter replace into Nov 28.
