Since the pulsing occurred after drinking a bloody Mary, it would seem that the bloody Mary is the cause of it. Stop drinking bloody Mary's if you don't want to feel that way. Certain type of drinks and candy like chocolate can cause people to feel that way.

Debbie I bet you have a blatter infection. Thats how I feel when I get one and it gets worse so see a doc. You give a urine sample they run it and then give you a antibiotic. if you ignore it then it gets into your kidneys and you don't want that. good luck

Maybe you were sexually aroused in some way? The tissue in our vaginas fill with blood just like a penis fills with blood when sexually aroused.
