ciao ragazzi. Scusate il disturbo... io ho un problemino con il mio ipod nano sesta genrazione...
Ha un guasto (l'ho portato nel negozio in cui l'ho comprato ed effettivamente hanno visto un guasto)
Mi hanno consigliato di contattare l'apple care.
Ma posso farlo? il mio ipod non ha nemmeno un anno (l'ho preso a ottobre dell'anno scorso). chiedo perchè Sul sito di apple se digito il numero di serie mi fa "assistenza telefonica scaduta"...
Cosa devo fare? Posso essere ancora garantita se chiamo l'199 ...??? vi prego ragazzi ho bisogno della vostra sapienza.

CERCA SU INTERNET O SUL SITO DELLA APPLE STESSA IL CENTRO aPPLE PIù VICINO E PORTALO LI.
