Why isn't my ipod appearing on my itunes sidebar?
ok soooo i have an ipod right and i want to transfer songs and stuff on it, but every single time i plug up the usb cord to my mac computer and pull up itunes, my ipod does not show. You know what i mean right, the sidebar on the right that shows apps, music, podcasts etc. i can not see my ipod at all it does not come up under devices it just does nothing, i really need some help.

That has happened to me, and I know someone else that happened too. It is because you dont have the latest version of itunes.
