Which are the best cities to live for slumdog like me in India?

HI!! I need a big favor from you as you are from india you know better than me. I am from Nepal and fed up from life and the society I live here. I\'m 24 years old. I am soon visiting India but don\'t know which place i\'m going. Let me tell my situation to you that how i\'m gonna come to India. I will be in india with around Rs. 20,000. Thats it. I will do any kind of work I find over there for living and try to spend a little bit of money from that 20,000. So, you tell me which cities should i go in india alone for survival. I want to stay there alone and start my life peacefully there because i\'m fed up with the life in Nepal. I am well educated. I have resided in USA and completed 2 years of studies from over there. But, circumstances is this way that i want to start again from the begining to the end in India. First i have to settle there..so could you please provide me information about the city best for me to start my life and the city with good people.
