Will I be able to upgrade my phone?
So I took out a 24 month contract with T-Mobile about a year ago and I'm wondering if they'll upgrade my phone. I got a Sony Ericsson Xperia and to be honest it's ****, the battery barely lasts a day without being charged and it crashes all the time and you have to take the battery out and start it up which is infuriating. It often crashes in the middle of a conversation.
Will they change it? Will I have to pay?

Well the best thing to do is to go to the phone company provider and tell them about the phone and the issues and they might be able to give you a new phone, it sounds like its defective of something. If not ask if you have an upgrade available.
