Why don't we see the same level of outrage when two black kids light a white 13 year old on fire?

You wont see Obama ever sending condolences to any white victim. I don't see any end to killings. Some use excuses for doing so...we were kept down, slavery, not given what was due us. Instead of earning it, working for it, making it on their own. Many nationalities have been slaves, don't see them complaining still.

In Africa, africans had african slaves, they sold them to Spanish on ships. Irish, Scots were taken to other countries as nothing more than slaves because they couldn't afford to pay their bills. Orientals, on the railroads. American Indians too, Columbus had Indian Slaves. Other countries have had it for centuries, history is full of it. When this country was young...poor came from many countries, they starved, was mistreated, and had nothing. No one would hire them. But they didn't give up, and they aren't complaining.

Young people need to make a decent life for themselves instead of crime. Excuses don't cut it. In this country, if they put as much effort into doing the right thing as they do the wrong...they would have a better life. Parents don't make their kids do the right thing like they did 30 years ago and before that. Too much time on the kids hands.

I think it's pretty obvious what the answer is to all your questions as I'm sure you know. One, the victim was white. He probably did something deserve or instigate it. Two, the perpetrators were black. They are undoubtedly victims of the racist, white power structure that gave them no other way to express their anger at the system. Three, no one was killed. Now if that happened MAYBE there would be some 'outrage.' Outrage that the media was biased and heavy handed enough to note that the killers were black. Should that really matter unless you're trying to portray all blacks as killers? Only a racist would answer 'yes' to that question.

Finally, there is no political hay to be made out of the incident you noted. Who would flock to the victims support and why? What agenda would be served by speaking up for this boy? Tragically, no one is either willing or bold enough to draw some of the same conclusions and correlation as those that are flocking to support Treyvon Martin. Why? As I said before, the answer is tragically and maddeningly obvious.

That all being said, I firmly believe that both victims deserve equal and aggressive attention, investigation and justice. The problem is that very likely only one of them is getting or will get any of those things in the end.

if found to be true then the perpetrators will be considered criminals whereas in the Trayvon case a murder took place in most people's opinion yet no charges have been brought.

The cases differ too much to compare reaction.

If you want to go down the race road,one could also ask had Zimmerman been black and shot a white kid would he have gone uncharged?Personally I think there would have been an outcry if Zimmerman had shot any colour of kid and not been charged.The outrage is for someone's child regardless of colour.Melissa Coon herself expressed the same such sentiment.

Police must arrest EVERYONE and present THEM before the court because human life is precious. Everyone who takes human life, even though it is for self defence, must undergo court enquiry. Police should not be allowed to take decisions in such cases.
