A lot of Anime from the 90s was hand drawn page by page with Copic markers and Micron pens. Animation can be a tough feat if your heart isn't fully in it. With todays advances of technology, it helps the industry a lot. Two common programs used for art an animation are Photoshop CS5 and Flash CS5.

Photoshop has animating capabilities but not many functions to aid the process. Photoshop animation produces clean artwork using the traditional hand drawn page by page method. It allows for you to draw each of your scenes well and have them look almost identical to the original show.

Photoshop may take a bit longer to work with, but the quality will be great. You wont be able to simulate perfectly the results of professional studio equipment, but you can get really close.

Flash provides an almost endless supply of animation assisting tools and really makes it easy to do frame by frame animation using keyframes. Only drawback is the graphics and drawing output is less than desirable for a professional anime.

If i had to make a suggestion,

    for quality go with Photoshop.

If you want fast and easy, go with Flash.

Flash professional is easily your acceptable wager. Adobe has a 30 day trial on their internet site so which you could use to work out in case you like it or no longer. i in my view like it. And it could take a whilst to get used to, yet do no longer supply up, because of the fact all of those possible ineffective equipment will are available obtainable sometime on down the line.
