what to do for a very sore throat?

    im not sure salt water, green tea, honey, or you can go to the doctor so they can give you anti-biotics

    Use a throat spray with an anesthetic in it. That will numb the pain almost instantly and will last around 30-60 minutes depending.

    You can also take ibuprofen to help reduce the pain and tenderness. (you may not be able to use the ibuprofen and throat spray together though).

    Or gargle with warm sea salt water or a wash of antiseptic, just don't swallow it.

    I also find keeping the neck/throat area warm or covered up helps as well. Either wear a scarf or try a heat pack where it hurts the most (alternatively try an ice pack, which are used primarily to reduce swelling, but can also help a sore/tender throat).

    Take in lots of vitamins, mainly from food, but if you're finding it hard to swallow you could get some vitamin c and b complex and dilute them in water and drink them.

    make sure the jar is organic.

    I recover so fast when sick while eating this stuff I don't even go to the doc anymore :)

    because this stuff is so much faster the the pills.
