Why does my toe hurt so bad ?

in what way pressure from a tight shoe?

or cracked because you jumped off of ?something in possibly broke it?

or ache because of a ingrown toenail? or standing on your feet too long?

if it's broken is not a darn thing they can really do for it anyway

make sure your feet are clean dry and not wearing tight socks or shoes. make sure your nails are clipped straight across so that they are not pressing down into your skin. other than that I have you been eating a lot of processed foods like 1000 nitrates because some people get gout

I think you can get treated for that but still it's going to be drank a lot of water I cut down on preservatives
