How can I design bigger pictures into backgrounds?
I realize that I have asked this same question before. Someone had said
that I could go to Picasa. I have tried that as you need to join there.
Is there any other solutions to this Please? I wanted to make backgrounds
from my pictures. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Download Gimp, it's free.
Paste the background and paste your pic in a new layer.
