So my friend is having a PERIOD issue and i wanna help but how?

So lets call my friend Anne. So Anne started on January 2 i think and she didn't start until today around 4ish this afternoon. She texted me saying that the pads are uncomfortable and it makes her pants and skorts look all weird but shes thinking of changing it. The pads she uses is called 'Always.' So what are good advise or pads i can give to her because i really wanna help since she's been having cramps.

Well, tell her to try Always Infinity. There are slim, and mold to your body shape. If she says that she has already tried those, then suggest tampons. In my opinion, U by Kotex regulars are the best, but I have heard other people who really hate them and like Tampax lites better. So just tell her that. With her cramps and stuff though, tell her to try midol and a warm water bottle on her abdomen. Good luck!

i think tampons are the best. if she uses a tampon, i would still suggest using a pad just in case, but it could be a really thin one and wouldn't be as uncomfortable. just remember to change the tampon as often as the directions indicate so theres no overflow... but other than that.. tampons are pretty convienient you can even go swimming (no pad).
