I presume this is for MP due at 12?
Force = kq1q2/r^2
Its a simple formula, all you have to do is plug in the numbers
Force on Q1
From Q2
k(62)(49)/(.35)^2
From Q3
k(62)(-80)/(0.70)^2
and you add them to get the net force.
