What could have happened to me to cause this?
This afternoon, about 2 hours after lunch, I started feeling very tired, exhausted and feel asleep, something I never do unless I'm about to come down with a cold. I woke up at 5:43 pm and since then I've been feeling weird, not sick, and I don't have symptoms of a cold. So what could it be?

could be a minor food poisoning.
go see a doctor or the hospital.
