Help with my previous astral projection attempt?
I went to bed and meditated for around 10 minutes, then layed down flat on my back and thought about something I did during the day, I focused on it as well as I could, and at this point I am completely relaxed. And after about 8 minutes I thought I got to the vibration stage, but it wasn't like what I heard, instead of feeling vibrations, or a tingly feeling, I felt the same type of feeling you get when your overwhelmed with nervousness. That's what I physically felt, and I think it was the vibration stage (was it?). Then I imagined that I was pulling myself up a rope (this is a common method), but I couldn't concentrate very well, but I still did it. After about 4 minutes of no success, I unconsciously fell asleep.
1. Was that the vibration stage I felt?
2. Should I have concentrated harder?
3. Should I have preformed this at a different time, than my bedtime?
4. And should I have focused more on the "rope pulling"?
P.S.: I have unintentionally astral projected and traveled before.
Any answers are appreciated.
Thanks in advance

I can't neccessarily answer all of your questions, but at least a few.
The "vibration stage" you mentioned was your getting closer to the unverisal oneness. Remeber that everything in the universe is in constant motion, even what we see as inanimate objects have atoms and molecules that vibrate on their own frequency, when you start to feel that "tingly" or "vibrating" feeling you are beginning to reach a state in which you can see all those objects around you through what is often reffered to as your "third eye" thereby bringing you closer to the astral state you are trying to achieve.
DO NOT try and concentrate or focus on anything when your first starting out this journey, as you become more familiar with the journey home, you should simply let your mind wander where it will, dont try and FORCE anything, as for the rope pulling, if that is where your mind goes, then let it go there, I find each person has their own imagery that their mind follows, for me, It starts when I see an eye looking back at me when my physical eyes clothes, then I actually enter ethat eye, and enter a sort of tunnel, it actually looks alot like what popular science fiction has made the inside of a wormhole look like, all lights, and colors, and whirling around in a tunnel, but remember that is what I see, the imagery you use is what YOU should feel comfortable with, afterall it isnt HOW you get there, or what you see on the way.
As for the timing, bedtime is a good way to get there early on, eventually you'll be able to reach that state at will, but Myself and many others started out there.
Also, some would disagree, but I believe you astrally travel everytime you dream, the fact you have some recollection of it shows you're a natural at it, and it shouldnt be all that hard to continue. Anymore questions, feel free to get in touch.

1. Yes that was the vibration stage but they say you are supposed to ignore the vibrations because it will pull you out of your relaxation stage
2. It takes a lot of concentration to be able to do it and not let your mind wander which is why practising is good
3. Personally I try astral projecting after i wake up because at that state my body is still asleep
4. It depends on what method works for you
Hope I helped

1. No, you WILL feel the waves of vibration over take you....
2.Just RELAX....there is another way, through way of DREAMS.
3.Yes, if you want to try this, try it AFTER you fall asleep and wake up in the middle of the night. Its too hard (for me) cuz you(me) just keep falling asleep.
4.Eh, like I said there is another way, by way of DREAMS.
Dream control is the intent that you will become aware when you are dreaming and that you will actively engage in your own dream time and no longer just be a passive witness to it.
Imagine the Astral realm as the ocean.
Dream is the sandy beach and lucid dreaming is like walking barefoot in the tide.
Lucid dreaming, for most, is the most practical doorway into the astral world and second to that is the best way to become aware of how much control you can have of the circumstances of your life and how you can pursue the depth of the "rabbit hole" on purpose and with better information retention.

there is no step via step that works for each man or woman. in case you learn it plenty i locate it happens less demanding (i assume using fact it is on your suggestions). Marijuana makes it greater good to flow right into a dream state, so abstain for a minimum of two weeks. Calea zacatechichi additionally helps plenty (for me a minimum of- some human beings it does not artwork on)- you may purchase it online or at some option drugs shops...it is rather rather rather sour inspite of the undeniable fact that so which you may purchase gelatin caps, grind it up and fill them up- I commonly top off all I even have (time ingesting i recognize, yet then if i desire to test all I could do is pop a pill quite of going interior the path of the complication of grinding and packing lower back)
