Belly Peircing question?
I have had my belly button pierce for just over 6 month and i want to change the jewellery but i want to know if it is safe for me to get a 14 carat plated gold belly bar because i dont want it to get infected. so yeh is 14 carat gold plated safe? or what would be better?
atm i have this one that the bar is made of some kinda of plastic. the piercer said it was the most hygienic out of everything.

If the piercing is completely healed gold is safe. If your worried about it, go back to your piercer and have them check to make sure its healed all the way.
Usually any kind of metal is great unless your allergic to certain types of metal.

Surgical steel is normally the best to get. It's what you get when you get pierced.
