Snowboarding opinions?

I looking at buying a Burton Mr. Nice Guy snowboard soon and i was wondering if anybody has good bindings to suggest. My old bindings are falling apart after 5 years of riding, so i'm looking at Flow The Five se or Burton Cartel EST's (always a sick choice).

Does anyone have bindings they would suggest?

Since it has the channel system you really should go with burtons and the est's feel so much better than plate bindings so with that said i recommend the cartel est's.

Cartels are never a bad choice, very standard but high end and reliable bindings. The only thing with the flow bindings are that they dont offer an over boot strap. The binding is connected so you have no choice but to ride traditional. Personally i steer away from the quick strap bindings. I had k2 cinches 2 years ago and HATED them. Then again i wouldnt recommend k2 bindings, in my experiences they just arent well put together, with the exception of the hurrithanes which i have and like. It depends what you are looking for. The cartels are a great choice if your just a standard rider. If you know what you want from your bindings, you have way more options open to you. If you pretty much live in the park, you can get bindings with more flex in em like the k2 hurrithanes, or pretty much any binding that has a poly urethane back (flux bindings makes fantastic PU based bindings but can get pricey). If you want more response from your binding definetly get one with a studier back. Most bindings have a standard stiff back, but some more than others so its all about going to the store and seeing for yourself. Technine makes good supportive bindings. And if you beat your equipment up and ride every day, you could get more rugged and tough built bindings like the union force which are known to hold up well. Hope that helps

Go with the Burton's. They have a toe cap which helps push your boot farther towards the back of the binding. This helps prevent boot movement. Good luck on your choice and enjoy your new setup.

Try looking into some Union bindings. 100% made in USA and bases have a lifetime warranty against breakage. Super light and extremely durable.
