iPod Touch 4th Generation question(s)?

1) How do I make a VIDEO playlist for it? I tried both internally and through iTunes but nothing worked

2) (mostly valid if question 1 is not possible)

I am trying to rearrange the order of videos of a specific TV show. I know that the default reads the videos alphabetically but the videos are not listed alphabetically and changing the names to help with a sort of numeric system will both take a very long time and would make the names make no sense. If it helps, the videos do have a numbered order (as in when one can change the info of the item on itunes (where it says "track ___ of ___")), and in that they are in the correct order. So is there a way to set it up to read them based on that as opposed to alphabetical?
