It all depends on your capability, as some are more complex and therefore difficult to use. It also depends on what you will be photographing, as they are all suited for different situations

Brandy as Dr. Ibis said what type of camera do you want? I think that you are actually confused.
In the first place I would forget the film cameras they are harder with film developing and what not. Besides you don't know how long film will be around.
The digital SIngle Lens Reflex cameras like the Canon Rebels & the Nikon D3000 are too difficult to understand and afford. YES most of the people who answer questions swear by the DLSR's but the fact remains that in order to get maximum value out of these cameras you have to add more lenses (at about $500.00 each.) When you add another "need" to your photography.
Therefore from the list you have given us, I would choose the Fuji FInepix 9000 if I had too. Personally with the way you have written your question it seems you want an easy to operate camera. I would suggest the Fuji Finepix S2950 @ about $152.00 on amazon.
Besides, I took the time to read a couple of users reviews and found that this model (Fuji 9000) is pretty difficult to understand. I checked the Nikon out also and found people unhappy with several features. If I were you I would read all the reviews to get a feeling for the "pluses and minuses"

The Fuji isn't an SLR and the Rebel XT is a little long in the tooth, although you might get a substantial saving on it.
As to the Vivitar, there are better film cameras out there.
All of the DSLRs have been replaced by newer models, but you can't go wrong picking the cheapest that comes with a warranty.

Pricewise the Vivitar V3800N is the best but bear in mind this is a 35mm film camera, not digital. The Fujifilm 9000 is a bridge camera (glorified point-and-shoot) not a dSLR. The rest are all dSLR's and are all basically the same. I advise you to get a newer model for maximum satisfaction.

I'd recommend the Canon Rebel T2 SLR. It has an 18 mega pixel sensor and takes great photos. It also has 1080 HD video, with a choice of frame rates. The video quality is superb, it looks great on my high definition TV.

T2 is film
XTi is digital
S9000 (?) is a point and shoot bridge camera
the vivitar is film
the XT is digital
the D3000 is digital
I think you need to learn a bit more of what type of camera you want
do you want a film camera? point and shoot camera? DSLR camera?
