Can you draw me a tattoo design?
i want it to be a fierce roaring lion, that looks like its ripping through my skin from the inside, and i want above or under that to say heart of a lion, maybe so that it looks like it was carved in or in some type of cool lettering. im getting this on my chest. email it to me when you finish. footejacob@yahoo.com

Good artists don't draw for free. In addition, very few tattoo artists will tattoo someone else's piece on your skin. None of the good tat artists I know will.
Feed a starving artist- commission them.

I couldn't, but any artist I'd want to ink me could. They're going to need to 'draw' it on me anyways. I'd check with an artist first if you're serious about the tattoo.
