How can I make a removable birthmark?

I am dressing up for an event and my costume requires a birthmark. However it is only visible when I blush. I was wondering if there was a way that I could make a removable birthmark that I could reapply when I need to. Any suggestions as to how I could do this? Thanks.

    use a pencil liner, and just dot it on!
