I want to throw my fiancee a small party for his birthday. He turns 23 in April. I have no idea what kind of party to throw him or what kind of present to get him. Any ideas? He loves video games, and anime.

A Party bus( close family and friends, Check your area for boat rides that have casino's on theme and invite family and friends, A fun filled day with close family and friends paint balling, gun range,bowling etc, a nice dinner party, you can do a theme party( Mardi Gras) where everyone has to bring a gift card to game stores! His party will be his gift but if you decide to get something get the latest gadget. Good Luck!

You could do a glow in the dark karaoke or just glow in the dark theme. I know someone that had a glow in the dark theme. You could have light up gloves, shades or glowsticks. Have your friends come in a shirt they can get dirty and buy glow in he dark spray paint and spray their shirts. Then buy El Wire and use it to write Happy Birthday _____. Buy some light up mouth pieces these will really make things fun.
