If she's moving soon, and you're not in it for the long haul, why worry about having sex? If you're as inexperienced as you say, I can't imagine why you would want to pursue the sex issue. I would just be friends with her under the circumstances. You have plenty of time to experiment, but why waste time and effort in that direction with a girl who will be moving away? I imagine you are about 15 or maybe 16. There's plenty of time.

Hey, you should give her a shot, ya know? Maybe you don't need sex if you really like her. I know how it feels, I'm a guy, and sex is really captivating, especially going without it. But if it's someone like that, give it a while to decide if you really wanna end the relationship.
