Magic The Gathering Standard Deck Advice?

Question

I used a lot of my extra cards and created a deck for my nephew.  It's based around the morbid ability and seems to be an alright deck.  He now wants me to take him to FNM so he can try it out.  I don't think it's tournament ready, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Land: 22 swamps

Creatures: 22
4x Typhoid Rats
4x Blind Zealot
4x Dross Hopper
4x Skirsdag High Priest 
4x Royal Assassin
2x Ravenous Demon / Archdemon of Greed  

Spells: 16
4x Tragic Slip
4x Go For the Throat
4x Moan of the Unhallowed
4x Geth's Verdict

I think I might give him my Geralf's Messengers so that he can keep up the pressure.  

I just kind of threw this deck together for him, but it's surprised me on how well it plays.

It's ok, I might suggest a few token generators so you have more sac outlets.  Even Bloodline Keeper.

Altar's Reap might be useful.  Black Sun's Zenith could be useful in some cases, but I can understand not wanting to add rares to it.

Blood Seeker could work.  

Consume Spirit could be viable.  Glistening Oil could be useful removal in some cases.  If you have Doom Blade, consider them as well.

I don't think you have enough lands in there to be tournament ready, try twenty-four. He needs to hit his land drops in a tournament. Blind Zealot isn't that good because it requires a one for one trade of cards, are there any better black creatures to use? Maybe throw in some undying if black has any for some sac outlets.
