He believed that all the protein and other nutrients expelled would be better back into his system to add more energy and stamina.............................whew!, not for me.

Other fighters have done it. MMA superstar Lyoto Machida does it. Jorge Posada of the NY Yankees doesn't drink his urine, but uses his urine on his hands to strengthen his bat grip instead of using batting gloves.

god only knows i have read that some people say it's good for you but most doctors that it's bad for you as your drinking the stuff your body is trying to get rid of in the first place .
