How do I fix this problem?
My laptop is relatively new and has been acting up for awhile now. Everytime I am on it, it will say "High CPU Usage" or "High Disk Alert" and then it will say my internet is not responding and take a minute to start working again. Is there a way to fix this without having to download an expensive program?

Do you have a bunch of useless programs running in the background causing your computer to focus its power on things that don't matter or you don't use? Make sure you delete all the programs off your computer that you don't use or will ever see yourself using.

first i would get spybot n make sure u don't have any malware... if no i'd hit ctrl>alt>delete n work the problem from there!
