Contact your state legal aid or attorney general office. They will have a pamphlet they can send you regarding landlord-tenant laws listing the rights on both sides. You have to get a court order eviction before you can kick them out. You can send letter requesting that they vacate the property but they don't have to until it is ordered by a judge in court. If you do send them a letter to vacate, be sure to tell them that they will be sued for the cost of all attorney fees.
