How to keep my smile WHITE ALL day? PLEASE HELP! VERY IMPORTANT!?

Okay, I'm always self conscious about my teeth. My teeth are perfectly straight, just to me, they always look yellow.

I use a whitening toothpaste and a whitenening gel and I'm about to use baking soda a little to help with it.

But my problem is: In the morning my teeth are SO white, but as the day goes on, they turn yellow and I cant do anything to help it. How can I kep my smile white ALL DAY?

and please dont just say brushing, THANKS SO MUCH!

try Crest SUPREME Whitening strips, you gotta get it from the dentist or buy it online, as they are very effective and not sold in stores or pharmacies. They re helping me, i have the same problem as you, good luck=)

You will ALWAYS think that your teeth are yellow if you're constantly noticing them. People tend to notice imperfections on themselves easily.

Baking soda with a little peroxide does a miracle when it comes down to cheap, easy whitening. All you do is make a little paste and brush it on after you brushed your teeth with regular toothpaste. Make sure not to keep it on too long, or else it'll burn and turn your gums white-ish. Also, don't swallow it!

Next, if you turn your tongue over you teeth at the end of the day, you might notice a rough layer of something on them. It's plaque. It stinks if there's too much. It's bacteria. It looks yellow. Either you carry a little travel size mouthwash with you or you scrape off the plaque. Honestly, I just scrape it off with my teeth, but to be more sanitary, you can get a napkin and just rub it off. Works like a charm for me.

It will help to drink anything except for water through a straw. If you drink sodas, kool-aid or coffee they will discolor your teeth. Limiting the contact of those substances with your teeth will help with the color problem. Also, the longer sugary or acidic items are left on your teeth, the more likely it is they will cause enamel (soda) and cavity issues (sugary stuff). After you drink something, drink some sips of water to rinse away any residue.
