oåtskiljaktiga ==> indistinguishable from the other(s)
utdrifningsmedel ==> production method
jemförelsen I hope this was the intended spelling. => the comparison.
o =>in or un as in unable. åtskilj(a)=> differentiate. aktiga => I can't remember the correct grammatical term but "to be able to" gives a fair idea.
utdrifningsmedel => modern spelling udrivningsmedel =>utdrifning => endeavor,creating,producing (s)=> possessive. medel=> method, way, process.
