Am I more of a Libra or Scorpio?

Hi there! :)

I was born on the 12th of October and, therefore, my sign is Libra.My rising sign is Scorpio and I've been thinking lately that I might have been born on a cusp or something, because both of these signs mean a lot to me.I'm a bit of both: indecisive, friendly, flirtatious and a little charming, as a Libra is supposed to be but I'm not really extroverted.I'm very connected to my inner self and can be a loner at times, although I mostly don't enjoy it.I have the sensitivity of a Scorpio and I can read people easily and find out what's beneath the surface, but I don't know really what I am.
