This is not a good place for that question. You'll get a lot of opinionated or socially backward answers like feminism, veganism, communism.

Opponents of change always dismiss free thinkers as "extremists" and "radicals." That was the majority's treatment of Martin Luther King and Gandhi in their times. Look how history remembers them now. It's a very opinionated word.

The protests in Florida as we speak is a glaring example of extremism. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are inspiring blacks and black panthers to create near riots over the killing of Trayvon Martin, although most of the evidence in this case point to a justifiable shooting based on self defense. The claims by the black protesters ignore almost entirely the facts in the case. They seem to want to press the idea of a white on black assault, all the while ignoring the hundreds of black on black murders we see every month in this country.

On the flip side, militias could activate, neighborhoods could burn, riots could start in large urban areas, and scores more could die as a result of all this. All because Sharpton and Jackson want to keep a hold on the blacks in America. How sad is that !
