GTA PS2 collection gives more options and gameplay. But then you would miss out on GTA 4's unique and awesome mulitplayer, plus a awesome story line. I say GTA 4.

GTA IV complete. It lacks greatness that games like San Andreas provided, but it's still an amazing game that needs to be experienced.

Both good but i'd go for gta 4 since it has multi-player and occupies you, for ages
