Who do you go to when you want your case heard by a judge and the judge agrees but!!?

says it depends on the information she gets from the rude investigator that I had on my case!!! I feel this is so wrong!!! I have not gotten along with this investigator assigned to me and I did explain this to the judge but she still insisted that she would need to hear from the investigator before she would listen to my case!!! I wanted my case heard because my vehicle and wallet had been stolen from me by a lying mechanic! This investigator was not cooperating with me and showed no concern! He was not investigating the case, the way he should so I reported him to his Supervisor! He was not pleased with this, and finally told me that he was going to need more evidence on my car being stolen!! I thought that was ridiculous what he told me and was advised by his own Superior to speak to a Judge who says that she will listen to my case depending on what this investigator says!!!

Well I knew where that would lead and tried to explain this to her but today I receive a call and was told that my case could not be heard because of what this investigator told the judge!

A judge should be neutral and why should the judge believe this investigator who has lied to me several times!!!! So, if you are not being heard by the judge then, where do you go to plead your case???? Should I let this criminal just get a way with this??? By the way, this criminal is back in jail for something else!!!

What about this law enforcement?? Shouldn't we all be heard??? This judge just listens to who she wants?

Even though you think some of the officials involved in the investigation of your situation have not been pleasant to you, the court has to weigh the information it has available to make decisions.

Apparently, the investigator carries enough weight with the court to sway the judge toward not hearing your case.

It's not the investigator's job to get along with you. It's the investigator's job to investigate.

Seriously, this isn't preschool. Better wise up.

You've already irritated me. If an investigator is assigned to your case it does not mean you are his or her boss.
