He's a mangaka (Japanese comic author) these images are from his manga Gantz, an unbelievably awesome manga, so people I wanna know what this kind of art would be under. It has that messy kinda style. I just wanna see some other images like this.

just manga there is no subset that I know about.

Maybe just manga. Mechanical punk art? Steampunk comes to mind but I don't really think it is.
