Where can I shoot black people?
I am a photographer and I am currently working on an "Indigenous people of the world" project so I need a lot of native people (especially Australian Aboriginals and African-Americans) to gather in a nice environment to have a photo shooting. Where can I do this?

If you are working on "indigenous people of the world" then you need to go to the specific country and shoot the "natives".
I.E. in the USA you shoot American indians
In the UK you shoot white Anglo Saxons
In Australia you shoot Aborigines
Etc
African americans are NOT "native people".

Generally, when photographing indigenous peoples, YOU go to them. They don't "gather in a nice environment" for you. Also, you're generally expected to know something of the culture before you even approach them and ask permission to photograph them. Even then, they may choose not to cooperate with you. They may find your assumptions as simplistic as I do - not all native peoples are black, not all black people are native to where they are currently living. You are taking an extremely paternalistic view of a very complex issue with no regard for the historocity of the cultures and the migrations patterns of humanity.
Change the title of your question - it is really giving the wrong first impression.

African American's arn't indigenous to America. We were brought here by slave traders. So you can remove African American's from your indigenous people of the world list.
The indigenous people of America would be Native Americans. Which can be found in the west alot. They have a lot of Native American reserves in the west. Just look up resevers. (I don't have any names for you here.)
The other answerer was probably correct about Australian Aborigines.
Otherwise you'll have to go to Africa to 'shoot' indigenous black people.
I also only came to this question cause I was like . WTF? Shoot black people? Are you racists? Then I was like...Oh...okay...okay...I get it.

How about Australia and/or Africa? Or is that too obvious. African-American may not be 'true blood' any more. It's actually getting hard to find truly indigenous populations, there are very few that have not inter-bred.
Take us English, we are truly a 'Mongrel' race with Scandinavian, French, Anglo Saxon (German), Dutch and Celtic blood in our veins, which is actually a good thing. In more recent years we can add African and Indian (sub continent, not North American) even a smattering of Hong Kong Chinese, which is a good thing in terms of genes. Gene diversity makes for a healthier population.

1) you REALLY ought to revise the title of your question!
2) You've decided on your subject, but if think about the context then your question should pretty much answer itself.
Consider how intrusive your actions may be, and are your actions in themselves likely to alter the context.

Try the Brixton area of London! It helps if you have an expensive, fast car, although drive-bys have also been done by kids on bicycles.
