Is it because theres going to be a high tornado threat????? I was looking at the hazardous weather outlook and thats what it said about the severe weather, God Bless :)

Models can change every day but it definitely looks like severe weather is likely next week. Exactly when, where, and how severe remains to be seen.
The March 18 storm which produced 3 or more tornadoes in western OK was pretty accurately forecast a week in advance.

Right now, it is too early to know just exactly how severe or what will occur. NOAA just puts what they believe may occur that day. Weather can change from day to day. It is Spring time, however, which does mean severe weather can happen. Keep checking NWS and the Storm Prediction Center's Convective outlooks http://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook/
