Norin, The Wary Magic the Gathering?

Norin's ability is when ever a player cast a spell or when a creature attacks, remove him from the game then return him under your control,

if my opponent makes an attempt to destroy him in any way, whether its doom blade or black suns zenith, oblivion ring, etc, does he get targeted and be destroyed? or does his ability act like an instant on the stack and gets removed before any damage to him is done

The way it works is when your opponent casts a spell, it goes on the stack then Norin's ability triggers and goes on top of the stack above your opponent's spell. Norin's ability comes off the stack removing him from the game then the opponent's spell comes off the stack. Norin will be long gone before the spell resolves.

Whenever a creature attacks or a player plays a spell, Norin will remove himself, so basically it acts like an instant

i'm unsure Norin is abusable in EDH. he's very complicated to kill through fact he blinks out of play so somewhat, yet there rather isn't a lot benefit to having him in play through fact he can not block, he can not attack, and his skill would not rather earnings the different enjoying cards. As you reported, he ought to mixture with Pandemonium, yet would not or not it somewhat is extra helpful to easily have Sulfuric Vortex in play? i'm constructive there are extra helpful mono-pink generals. i'm unable to think of of too many pink legends off the desirable of my head, yet Kiki-Jiki is a minimum of one with a much extra helpful skill.

In any way? No, there are non-spell, non-attack targets. For example, cycling a Gempalm Incinerator or a few others.
