No. From what I understand Konami won't be in a position of launch valid patches containing as much as date kits, badges etc that they don't have the rights to. I even have confidence that persons cant sell patches as a record, it incredibly is why maximum will sell them on a memory stick. this style they get around it with the aid of asserting they're merchandising a memory stick not the edit patch. You on the different hand can edit any equipment you notice greater healthy making all communities as authentic as you like. wish this helps...
