Adding turbo to stock 2011 Subaru 2.5X Limited?

Also, would the stock BOXER engine handle the turbocharger for a good period of time? Would this also effect my car insurance? or warranty?

I agree with Jeff R. You need to have the proper Supporting Mods check the refs for a video on that

You need stronger heads pistons and other things its best to save and buy a wrx for Sti that have stronger motors and can handle lots of boost!(or just more)

Here we go again, no, you cannot just add a Turbo to a bone stock engine that is not set up for a Turbo. A Turbo engine is specifically built for a Turbo or Supercharger. A normal stock engine has too high of a compression ratio, you WILL eventually blow out the bottom end of the motor. And Yes, doing this will destroy your factory Warranty.
