Basically any non-citrus juice should be fine so avoid oranges-lemons-grapefruit etc, anything orange-like.

In general fruits do not contain anything above trace quantities of Amino Acids. And unless you have certain preexisting medical conditions Protein is essential for healthy living and not bad for you. Fruit juice in moderation is good for you, but too much and the amount of sugar becomes an issue (and unhealthy). As for vitamins, these exist in trace quantities and other than keeping your body in balance are not generally required to build muscle (for that you need protein). I'll add my comment that there are a great many people out there bodybuilding and the like who are stuck in a rut with their routines, their diet, or their lifestyle that means they don't achieve what they are after, drinking more fruit juice is not going to cure all their woes!
