Callie or Kyla for a girl?

Callie sounds like a nickname, and I just can't imagine it on an adult. The "little girl" would become an adult someday, so it's important to give her a name that would sound right on an adult.

Kyla sounds a bit masculine, since it's really really close to Kyle, but it's still a legit girl's name.

If you love Callie, then you could probably use it as a nickname for Kyla...It's a bit of a stretch, but it could work.

Calliope

Calypso

Calida

Calantha

Calumina

Calla (this is like Kyla and Callie put together, which is nice, but it's also a legit name. It's pronounced KAH-la)

If I have to pick from the two of them, I pick Kyla.

But, if I were you, I would pick Calla, and call her Callie for short. :)

Callie~ This call is attractive, very female, sporty, and attractive. surely do no longer bypass with Calleigh.. it particularly is slightly a mouthful. yet another decision might desire to be Cally? :] Kyla~ that's a quite call, too. i understand 2 Kyla's, and the two of their names get wrong for Kayla. I'm really into the Kyla and Kyra names at the moment, so i go with Kyla! i think it's such a pretty name :)
