You are mixing a lot of information here. Bill Clinton was impeached, but was not convicted. He was held in civil contempt by a federal judge for perjury, but was never convicted of anything. He was never disbarred, but his law license in Arkansas was suspended for 5 years.

His impeachment had nothing to do with his law license. That was suspended by the State of Arkansas in 2001 for 5 years. He was eligible to get it back in January of 2006.
