My deceased mother in law was a member of the Cherokee of Oklahoma tribe. How can I get a copy of her card?

Her siblings cannot remember where she was born, and both of her parents are suffering from Dementia.

Hmm, interesting question...I'm not sure if you can obtain a new card for a deceased tribal member. I don't see what the legal need would be, but you could ask the enrollment office. In any event, her descendants would also be eligibile for a CDIB (if she had one). This all comes down to birth certs and basic documentation of lineage. If she was a member they would have record of her.
