I have a lot of issues. How do u deal with your issues? Any advice for me?

I am gonna get to the point and not bore you with a long story about the woes of my life and all my problems so I am just gonna get to the facts

1st I am a 14yr old and have no intension of seeing a therapist or talking to a adult

My issues

I am depressed, a bit suicidal, I have no purpose, I have no drive, I don't do anything anymore, I have bad social anxiety, I am terrified of losing my old friends, I don't quite feel right with my new friends. I think I am pretty unattractive, I don't know how to talk to other black people, I am scared to just be, I have a learning disability, my tummys bigger then I want it, I think I had a panic attack once. I feel like I am being suffocated. I don't have any close friends. I am losing my closest friend. My grades are crap and I can't bring my self to try harder or do better or care. I think I am sick in the head. My hairs too short. I feel like screaming alot. And it scares me the I find the Idea of drinking and doing heroin( never done heroin had a some vodka and stuff but never more then a couple sips) really appealing

If u want u can pick one or more and give some advice on it. Or not. The important thing is that it felt nice to get it all out there

I Usta draw and paint I was real artistic but I stopped bc I got really upset when my line off or I had a imperfection and I would obsess over it. I never excise like ever unless I forced too. I could maybe try that

    This sounds like a generic answer, and if I was in your situation this was the last thing I would want to hear, but do you exercise often enough? I actually don't like physical work, but after a jog I always feel better. It's actually been proven that physical activity releases endorphins in your brain that make you feel good. Or maybe just start by going outside more often. Admire the trees, or bring a sketch pad and draw.

    Drawing is an amazing way to release and/or express your self. And for that matter, any hobby at all can help you take your mind off of stressful things.

    Talk to an adult who cares about You, believe me, it's very hard but You'll benefit from it and if You don't, You'll wish You did someday. Control your diet, keep yourself busy and don't isolate yourself.
