Friend of mine sent me an Easter card, it was returned to her?

The mailman had blocked out my address and put in block letters, I do not make enough money to deliver this to the house. Now I have lived here ten years and think this must be a substitute mailman. I understand that the post office has the names of all the mailman who delivered mail the week before Easter. I do not have a dog or trash on the porch. Can I complain about this..

Always say 'I wish to make a formal complaint', believe me you'll be taken much more seriously then as there a strict guidlines they have to follow. If you're not happy with their response, keep having the complaint escalated to a higher level. It always works for me. Good luck :)

I'm 23 and I've had several problems with mailmen too, i don't understand why they can't just do their job?

I can tell you right now, that mailman has no respect. I have no problems reporting an unworthy loser like him. You want to be kind, but you also want to make his 'boss' aware of the situation.

"Complain" may not be appropriate. When you inquire at the post office use the word "concern", or curious.
