My foreskin looks like this at the end! Help...?

Its called phimosis. Its where the opening of your foreskin is too narrow and doesn't allow the head of your penis to exit it when its erect.

I deal with this too. I started doing the stretching exercises to no avail. You should go to the doctor or buy some phimosis steroid cream and do the stretching exercises.

I would recommend giving these a try, but they haven't worked for me so I'm going to get the chop once I have the money.

Complete stretching exercise's and it will stretch eventually also retract it when your flaccid and then get hard, this will kill but it works if you do it a few times
