They have some lyrics which get repeated then just a background tune.

The answer is 'extremely.' Making a piece of music that is loved nationwide is no easy enterprise. Making a song period isn't real easy. You need the right instruments and equipment, coupled with the right band, with the right song idea and a good opportunity. You also need at least some musical talent. But the public is a fickle monster...
